Just a little information , so everything runs smoothly at Sister Suite.
Deposits:
To keep your spot safe, I take a £30 deposit when you book. This will be taken off your treatment total on the day.
Please note - Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
Need to move your appointment?
Totally fine! If you give me 48+ hours notice, your deposit will simply roll over to your new date. If it’s less than 48hrs (or a no-show), sadly the deposit can’t be carried over.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full treatment charge.
I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and I really appreciate your understanding.
